Scoutmaster’s Vision (my dream)

I envision Troop 240 as a fully Scout-led, Scout-run unit being operated by confident youth leaders who are “goin’ where they wanna go, puttin’ on a great show” and having fun doing it.

To train and guide youth leaders to run THEIR Troop through the aims and methods of Boy Scouting for the purpose of building strong and active Patrols in which each Scout can have the best possible experience.
