Pack 14 Bylaws are the rules and regulations adopted by our Committee. Please understand even though the Pack has adopted these Bylaws, the BSA Guidelines must always be in place first.

Bylaws are reviewed each year by the Pack Committee.

Changes in the Pack Bylaws must be approved by the COR (Charter Organization Representative Sandra Borror at Family Security 757-651-4744)

All Committee members have an active vote on Pack Projects, Budget planning and review. 

It will take the key 3 Committee Members (Committee Chair, Cubmaster and Charter Organization Rep) to Vote on pack purchases.

Pack 14 uses Scoutbook to communicate to the Parents/Leader/Scouts in the BSA Program.

Scoutlander serves as our Free Website for our Unit.
