Pack 15 requires an annual membership fee of $150. This fee includes the cost to register each boy with the Boys Scouts of America, a one year subscription to Boy's Life magazine, a Pack 15 Class B uniform tee shirt, neckerchief, award belt loops, pins and patches, pack insurance, printing fees, equipment maintenance costs, venue booking costs, and expenses in events like Parties, & Pinewood Derby.

In February, Scout families are also asked to participate in the Friends of Scouting charitable program which goes to support our Council and the National organization. In the past, FOS has recommended a contribution of $275 per Scout.  Contribution is voluntary and any amount is welcome.  Having a substantial up-front fee helps reinforce the commitment Scouts and parents are making to the Pack, and also encourages parents to have their sons "keep with the program" to see the return from this investment.
