BSA requires All leaders to take extensive training; which includes -New Leader Training, Leader Specific Training, Committee Member Specific Training, but most importantly -
YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING!
In Addition, Pack 20 highly encourages all parents take the Youth Protection Training. Everybody involved with the welfare of our kids should be willing to "do their best".
